  6. Get 1 tsp parsley
  7. Take 1 tsp Cajun
  8. Make ready salt and pepper
  9. Make ready 2 bay leaves
  10. Take 1.5 cup easy cook rice
  11. Get 4 cloves garlic
  12. Make ready chilly pepper of your choice
  13. Make ready appx 100ml of olive oil
  14. Get 600 ml chicken stock

Instructions to make Spicy Rice-hotpot:
  1. Chop onion and sauté in oil until soft, adding a spoonful of water between cooking. Take it off heat and add paprika powder, and all other ingredients except the rice. Stir well and allow to cook for approximately 10 minutes, stirring often. Add 1 and a half cup of easy cook rice and 3 cups of chicken stock, cover and cook for 30 minutes or until rice is soft and all liquid evaporated.
