  1. Make ready 300 g Boneless Ram meat
  2. Prepare 45 g Home made Suya Spice
  3. Get 1 Teaspoon Seasoning
  4. Make ready to taste Salt
  5. Make ready 1/2 Cup Vegetable oil
  6. Prepare 5 skewers
  7. Take Home made Suya Spice
  8. Prepare 4 Tablespoons Kuli Kuli (groundnut cake powder)
  9. Prepare 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  10. Take 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  11. Make ready 1 Teaspoon Onion powder
  12. Prepare 4 Tablespoons Yaji (pepper and spices mix)
  13. Prepare 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Steps to make Ram meat suya:
  1. To make the suya spice; mix all the above mentioned ingredients together and set aside. Soak the skewers in water for a while. This is to prevent them from burning while grilling the meat. Use a sharp knife to slice the beef into thin flat pieces. This step is very important as it allows the meat to cook faster.
  2. Thread the meat pieces into the skewers.
  3. Add seasoning and salt to the suya spice mix and sprinkle a generous amount all over the skewered meat. Use a kitchen brush to coat every part of the meat with vegetable oil
  4. Preheat the grill. Transfer the meat to the wire rack of the oven and grill until the meat is tender. This will take between 35-40 minutes depending on your oven.
