Steps to make Aloo Pyaz k Pakoray:
  1. Take a bowl add Chickpea flour (Basan), Flour (Atta)., Red chili powder., White zeera, Ajwein, Baking soda, Salt, Red chili crushed, Coriander crush
  2. And mix all the dry ingredients. Then add water & make a liquid paste.
  3. Now in liquid paste add Onion, potato, green chili, coriander leave and mix well.
  4. Now heat oil in a wok then make fry pakora until golden brown.
