  8. Make ready 1/2 cup sun dried tomato pesto sauce (we used classico brand)
  9. Get 1 shredded parmesan cheese & mozzarella

Steps to make Sultan Sausage/Spinach Tortellini Bake -halal friendly:
  1. Allow pan to melt butter on medium
  2. Chop and add onion, mushroom, olives, sausage.
  3. Drain tomatoes, add to pan
  4. Turn up heat, flipping occasionally until excess liquid is cooked into mixture
  5. While pan mixture is cooking off liquid, boil pasta per directions on package.
  6. Drain pasta and transfer to pan mixture. -adding in pesto. *we turn off the heat, but mix in the pan. Helps to blend elements.
  7. Transfer to baking dish (top with parmesan and mozzarella optional) & bake for 20min @ 375°.
