  1. cook meat in large skillet until brown, stirring occasionally breaking up the meat, drain fat
  2. spoon 1 cup Classico four cheese sauce into the bottom of a 2-quart baking dish. stir the remaining sauce into the skillet with the meat. cook over medium heat until hot,stirring occasionally. remove from heat.
  3. place two uncooked Joel's into the bottom of the dish. spread 1/3 of the meat mixture on top of the noodles. spread 3/4 cup of cottage cheese over meat.sprinkle 1/2 cup of mozzarella over the cottage cheese. continue layers using above method.
  4. cover dish with foil. bake in 350°F oven for one hour. remove from oven and let stand with foil in place for 15 minutes.
