  6. Prepare Beef filling———–
  7. Get 1 pound ground beef
  8. Get 1/2 teaspoon salt
  9. Get 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  10. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
  11. Make ready 1 teaspoon dill weed
  12. Make ready 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  13. Take To taste ground black pepper
  14. Make ready 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  15. Take Frying———–
  16. Make ready As needed oil to fry
  17. Take Sauce———–
  18. Get 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
  19. Get 1 teaspoon prepared Horseradish
  20. Make ready 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  21. Get 1 tablespoon extra Virgin olive oil
  22. Get 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  23. Get 1 teaspoon basil
  24. Prepare 1 tablespoon sugar
  25. Prepare 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions to make Fried Rice Balls:
  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Mix the ingredients for the beef fillings
  3. Form into small meatballs.
  4. Put into oven for 30-40 minutes.
  5. Let them cool
  6. After they have cooled take the rice and cover the meatballs.
  7. Coat with flour
  8. Then coat with eggs
  9. Coat with breadcrumbs.
  10. Set into refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  11. Heat oil and fry rolling around till all is golden to dark brown.
  12. If deep frying fry for 4–5 minutes.
  13. Move to a paper towel to absorb excessive oils.

  16. Heat the oil add the minced garlic. Sauté for 2 minutes and add the tomato mixture. Simmer 20 minutes.

  18. I made 8 rice balls then the rest I mixed the rice meatballs and sauce. Except I put aside a cup in a half for the fried riceballs for dipping them in.
