The ingredients needed to make Sukiyaki Don:
  1. Get 500 g Beef Mince
  2. Get 1 Onion1 Carrot
  3. Take 1/4 (about 300g) Wombok (Chinese Cabbage)
  4. Get 2 Spring Onion
  5. Make ready *Note: You can add Shiitake, Shimeji, Spinach, etc
  6. Prepare 4 Eggs
  7. Get 1 tablespoon Oil
  8. Get 4-5 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  9. Get 2 tablespoons Mirin
  10. Prepare 2 tablespoons Sugar
  11. Take 1/2 cup Dashi StockOR Water
  12. Get 4 servings Cooked Rice

Instructions to make Sukiyaki Don:
  1. Slice Onion and Carrot. Cut Wombok about 2cm.
  2. Heat Oil in a large frying pan cook Beef Mince. When the Beef starts to change colour, add vegetables and cook for a few minutes.
  3. Add Dashi (OR Water), Sugar, Mirin and Soy Sauce and let everything cook in the sauce.
  4. When the vegetables are soft, crack and place the Eggs apart from each other onto the mixture and let them half cooked.
  5. Half fill a bowl with freshly Cooked Rice and cover with the Sukiyaki mixture with one Egg each.
