The ingredients needed to make Keto brownies:
  1. Take 100 gr butter
  2. Take 150 gr dark chocolate
  3. Make ready 75 gr brown erythritol
  4. Prepare 75 gr graduated erythritol
  5. Prepare 2 eggs
  6. Make ready 45 gr high fiber flour
  7. Take 45 gr cocoa
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp vanilla essence

Instructions to make Keto brownies:
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Get a square tray ready and linen with some parchment paper.
  2. In a microwavable dish add the butter, dark chocolate pieces and both types of erythritol.
  3. Melt on medium heat for 1 minutes, stirring constantly until the erythritol is completely dissolved.
  4. Let it cool for a few minutes and add eggs, one by one, mixing well. Add the vanilla essence.
  5. Add the flour and the cocoa through a sieve to ensure there are no lumps.
  6. Once the mixture is well incorporated add it to the square tray.
  7. Cook for 15min at 180° C, let it cool slightly before removing from the tray. Enjoy!
