  2. Add salt, red chilli powder, cumin seeds and sesame seeds and mix everything well.
  3. Boil water in a pan.
  4. Now heat up a non stick tawa or a pan
  5. Add hot water in the bowl and knead a soft dough.
  6. Pinch dough and make ball. It won’t be easy to roll it so either make roti on palms or keep a plastic sheet and pat it to spread.
  7. Place roti on the hot tawa and apply ghee oil around it. - Cook and flip after 3-4 minutes - Same way let it cook nicely from both the sides.
  8. Serve hot with pickle or chutney.
