The ingredients needed to make Palak patta and bread chaat:
  1. Get 10-12 spinach leaves Big wide ones
  2. Get 4 tbsp besan/ gram flour
  3. Make ready 1 tbsp rice flour
  4. Take to taste Salt and chilli powder
  5. Prepare 1 medium onion chopped finely
  6. Get 4 bread slices
  7. Take 2 tbsp green chutney
  8. Prepare 2 tbsp sweet chutney
  9. Get 4 tbsp whisked curd
  10. Take to taste Black salt
  11. Make ready 1 tsp Chaat masala
  12. Take as needed Sev for garnish

Steps to make Palak patta and bread chaat:
  1. Make a smooth batter of the besan rice flour chilli powder and salt with enough water. It should not be runny or too thick
  2. Dip the spinach leaves in the batter and deep fry till crisp. Drain it on tissue paper.
  3. Toast the bread slices with butter or ghee till crisp. Cut them into cubes
  4. In a plate, layer the fried spinach leaves. Add the bread cubes in the center
  5. Add 1-2 tbsp of whisked curd on top
  6. Add 1 tbsp each of the chutneys
  7. Sprinkle some black salt and chat masala
  8. Add some finely chopped onions
  9. Add another half TSP of curd on top
  10. Finally add some more onions and sev and serve it quickly.
