  1. In a bowl add all the ingredients except oil.Mix well add little water for binding. Gather it like a dough.
  2. Make small balls flatten them with the palm. Similarly make all balls from the dough.
  3. Heat oil in a wok and fry all the vadas on medium to high flame till golden brown.
  4. Serve the Bread Palak Vadas with green chutney and Ketchup.
  5. I have used brown bread therefore the colour of the Vadas is dark. White bread can also be used.
