  1. Prepare Chocolate Brownie
  2. Get 1 cup All-purpose flour
  3. Make ready 1/2 cup compound chocolate grated

  5. Make ready 1/2 cup milk
  6. Prepare 1/2 cup butter
  7. Get 6-7 drops vanilla essence
  8. Get 2 tablespoon coco powder

Steps to make Chocolate Walnut Brownie:
  1. In a bowl take grated chocolate and 1 tablespoon butter and melt it on double boiler, once done keep it aside.
  2. In a bowl take flour add the melted chocolate butter mix and mix it properly, now add chopped walnuts and again mix it nicely.
  3. In a Seive take cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, powdered sugar and seive through in a bowl.
  4. Add all this dry ingredients to the maida chocolate mix and mix, now add slightly warm milk, vanilla essence, melted butter and mix nicely till the mixture is goeey
  5. Grease the cake tin with butter and dust with flour, now pour the brownie batter and tap twice. Sprinkle some chopped walnuts on top.
  6. In a kadai take some salt, keep a stand and preheat for 5 minutes.
  7. Now keep the cake tin and cover and bake on low flame for 30 minutes, after 30 minutes check with knife if it comes out clean your brownie is baked, if not bake for more 4-5 minutes.
  8. Once it slightly cool, unmould on a plate, and dust some powdered sugar (optional)
  9. Cut in your favourite shape and serve with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce.
