  1. In a mixing bowl take brown sugar, sugar, cocoa powder, wheat flour, oil, baking powder and vanilla essence. Mix all well.
  2. Gradually add water to get flowing consistency thick batter. Make sure no lumps are there. Add chopped walnuts and chocolate chips. Gently mix.
  3. Grease baking dish and keep butter paper. Transfer batter into baking dish. Put some chopped walnuts and chocolate chips on top. Bake in pre-heated oven at 180℃ for 35 - 40mins. Temperature may vary from oven to oven, please check after 30 mins. Remove from oven and let it cool completely.
