Instructions to make Cinnamon rolls:
  1. In a bowl add milk and vinegar mix well and keep aside for 10min.
  2. Meanwhile sieve dry ingredients flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt mix well once the milk mixture is curdle pour in the flour mixture and mix well and add butter at a time and prepare a dough and let it rest for 10min after10min again knead it
  3. In a bowl take butter, sugar and cinnamon powder mix well.
  4. Roll the dough then spread the fill the mixture and fold it and cut equally and then in 1 piece make one more cut and roll it, twist it and stick it.
  5. Place in a preheated kadai in a muffin tray I have a big kadai in which my muffin tray comes easily i have baked in a low flame for 25min till they were crisp and brown.
