Steps to make Cinnamon swirl roll:
  1. In a bowl take all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar,salt and mix well.
  2. In another bowl take milk and vinegar, mix it well and keep it aside for 10 min.
  3. Now add butter and the vingerar milk to a dough mixture and Knead it with soft hands, covered it and let it rest for 10 min.
  4. For filling take brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon powder and mix well.
  5. Now add salt to pan pre heat the kadhai/ idli cooker on a medium flame and a stand, baking tray/ bowl on which you place your rolls.
  6. Cover the lid till we make our rolls.
  7. Roll the dough in 1-2 cm thickness, spread cinnamon butter mixture evenly on the dough and start to roll accordingly.
  8. Cut it into equal parts and place it on a baking tray, and place it inside your kadhai using a stand and bake it for about 15-18 min.
  9. Cinnamon rolls are ready to enjoy with hot coffee, frappe or shakes.
