Hey everyone, it’s Brad, welcome to our recipe page. Today, I will show you a way to prepare a special dish, cinnamon rolls. One of my favorites. This time, I’m gonna make it a little bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Finish them with a generous topping of frosting, and be prepared to lick.

The ingredients needed to make Cinnamon rolls:
  1. Take 1 cup + 2 tbsp All-purpose Flour
  2. Take 3/4 tsp baking powder
  3. Make ready 1/4 tsp baking soda
  4. Get 1/4 tsp salt
  5. Take 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp Milk
  6. Get 1 tsp vinegar
  7. Make ready 2.5 tbsp melted butter
  8. Prepare for filling–
  9. Take 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  10. Get 2 tbsp soft butter (room temperature)
  11. Make ready 1/2-1 tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions to make Cinnamon rolls:
  1. First, mix the milk at room temperature with vinegar and keep it aside for 10 minutes
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients for the dough - Flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and add the milk + vinegar mixture to this along with the butter and knead a soft dough.
  3. Rest the dough for about 10 minutes and after 10 minutes, knead it once again for a minute or two.
  4. Mix the soft butter along with brown sugar and cinnamon powder to it.
  5. Roll out the dough to make a rectange with a thickness of about 1/2 cm thickness.
  6. Spread the cinnamon - butter-sugar filling on it evenly.
  7. Fold this into 3 flaps and roll it slightly to make sure it sticks properly.
  8. Divide it into 3 strips & take one strip. This you can either cut into 3 or 2 (Don’t cut it all the way, leave the top joined), twist it to make a braid and tuck both the edges at the bottom.
  9. Place these in muffin cups.
  10. Pre Heat the Kadhai with some salt. Place a ring stand of at least 1 inch and place the muffin cups on a plate in the pre heat kadhai and cook on medium hot flame for about 20 minutes.
  11. Once it is cooked, brush it with melted butter & serve it !
  12. You can serve it with some dusted sugar on the side.
