  1. Prepare 1 cup maida
  2. Take 3/4 tsp baking powder
  3. Prepare 1/4 baking soda
  4. Prepare 1/4 tsp salt
  5. Prepare 1/4 cup milk

  7. Make ready 3 tbsp melted butter

  9. Prepare 2 tbsp soft butter

Instructions to make Cinnamon rolls:
  1. Sieve the flour,baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl
  2. In a bowl take milk and add vinegar stir and keep aside for 10 mins. Then add melted butter and this milk to the flour to make a dough. Knead and keep it for 10 mins covered
  3. Filling :- In a bowl mix butter, brown sugar and cinnamon powder, make a paste keep aside
  4. Now roll the dough in a rectangle and apply the filling evenly on the rectangle and fold it in 3 folds, then press it lightly and make 6 equal parts
  5. Take each part and make 3 parts of it leaving the top joined and plait it and tuck the edges and put them in greased tin muffins
  6. Heat a pan with salt for 10 mins,place a coaster and plate,then place the muffin tins on the plate cover and cook for 35 mins
