The ingredients needed to make Cinnamon Rolls:
  1. Make ready For cinnamon roll dough
  2. Get 1 cup All-purpose Flour(maida)
  3. Get 3/4 tsp baking powder
  4. Make ready 1/4 tsp baking soda
  5. Prepare 1/4 tsp salt
  6. Take 5-6 tsp milk (room temperature)
  7. Take 1 tsp vinegar
  8. Take 2-3 tsp melted butter
  9. Take Cinnamon roll filling
  10. Make ready 2 tsp Brown sugar (if brown sugar is not there use white sugar)
  11. Get 2 tsp soft butter
  12. Get 1/2-1 tsp cinnamon
  13. Take 1 tsp Butter for grease at the end

Steps to make Cinnamon Rolls:
  1. First add vinegar in milk and keep side for 10 minute.
  2. Now mix nicely all ingredients of cinnamon rolls apart from milk. Now slowly add milk and Knead a soft dough. (If milk & vinegar liquid is over and dough is not soft then add 1-2 tsp milk). Keep this dough for 10 minutes.
  3. After ten minutes take pan put salt in the bottom and keep plate which has hole. Cover and keep for preheat.
  4. Meanwhile roll the dough in rectangle shape thickness should be about 1/2 cm.
  5. Mix filling ingredients and spread it on rectangle chapati.
  6. Fold this into 3 flaps and roll it slightly to make sure it sticks properly.
  7. Divide it 5 or 6 part and take one part and this you can either slit into 3 or 2, leave the top joined, twist it to make a braid and tuck both the edges at the bottom.
  8. Take muffin mold or small bowl, grease with oil and place roll in bowls and place bowl in preheat pan, cover it and let it get bake for 18-20 minutes.
  9. Once they are baked, brush them with melted butter and serve. Enjoy your cinnamon rolls!!!
