  2. Prepare 2 tbspn sugar
  3. Get 2 tspn baking powder
  4. Get 1 tbspn active dry yeast
  5. Take 3 tbspn melted butter
  6. Make ready 3/4 cup milk
  7. Get 1 tbspn salt
  8. Make ready 1 egg
  9. Get 1/2 cup mixed white n brown sugar
  10. Take 2 Tbspn Ground Cinnamon
  11. Get 1 tbspn vanilla

Steps to make Spongy Cinnamon Rolls:
  1. DOUGH:Pour warm milk,sugar,salt,active dry yeast,melted butter and the egg into a bowl and mix.
  2. Add the flour,and make a very soft but not sticky dough.cover and let it rise for about 4 hrs.
  3. Transfer into working space and add the baking powder and more flour and knid.
  4. FILLING:Mix the brown n white sugar along with cinnamon powder.
  5. Flatten the dough,Brush melted butter generously, and pour the sugar Cinnamon mixture all over.
  6. Roll the whole dough to a stick shape,n cut into small pieces and fit into a baking tray.
  7. Cover for second rising while u preheat the oven
  8. Bake 180° for 35 min,inbtwn brush with egg wash.
  9. Pour homemade cream ganache(custard cream +whipping cream) on top n serve hot or cold.
