  2. Make ready 2 envelope fast acting yeast
  3. Take 1/2 cup softened butter
  4. Prepare 5 cup A/P flour

  6. Get 1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
  7. Take 1 tsp salt
  8. Make ready filling
  9. Make ready 2 cup light brown sugar

  11. Prepare 1 tsp vanilla
  12. Make ready 1 tbsp cinnamon

Instructions to make Cinnamon Rolls:
  1. preheat milk to 115°F, then wisk in yeast.
  2. add butter once yeast is active.
  3. combine all dry ingredients, then add slowly to mixer on low speed until all items form a smooth dough.
  4. cover with a towel, and set aside in a warm place for an 1 1/2hrs
  5. combine filling, and mix into a smooth paste.
  6. roll dough out on a flowered surface (do not fold dough)
  7. spread paste in a smooth even layer on dough and remainder in 2 9×13 baking pans
  8. preheat oven at 400°F
  9. roll dough into pinwheels adding flour as needed. stretch into even log.
  10. cut into 1" sections and place evenly into baking pans. ( makes 24 )
  11. bake for 17-20 min at 400
  12. should be a light golden brown
  13. flip over on wax paper
