  3. Take 1/2 Onions diced

  9. Prepare 1/2 Cup loose Corn

Steps to make My Chicken with sriracha sauce + Veg:
  1. Slice the Chicken all the way down,but not right trough.add salt + Pepper to both sides then fry with a little oil both sides. Then add it to a slow cooker.
  2. Next heat up the olive oil for the onions. garlic crushed, cook for 1 minute then add the rest. tomatoes,mushrooms. in a frying pan. Cook until soft.
  3. Then when soft add the sriracha sauce to the onion mix. Add it all on top of the chicken cook in slowcooker on high for 1 hour then check.if its not cooked leave it for a further half hour.cook some veg you may want to put in the noodles.
  4. Boil the Noodles ready take the chicken out of the sauce set aside strain out most of the onions and mushrooms add on top of the chicken.
  5. Add 1 tbls Ketchup and 1sp cornflour to a tbls cold water and add to the sauce to thicken cook the Noodles and strain.
  6. Next reheat the sauce then mix the noodles and veg in. Add noodles to a bowl add your veg and sauce. Next add the noodles on the serving plate with the chicken. I boiled green beans and added them.
