  3. Make ready 2 tbsp melted butter
  4. Take cheesecake
  5. Make ready 3 medium bananas
  6. Make ready 450 grams cream cheese
  7. Make ready 250 grams thick cream
  8. Take caramel
  9. Get 400 grams condensed milk
  10. Take 4 oz butter
  11. Make ready 4 oz brown sugar
  12. Take chocolate sauce
  13. Make ready 150 grams chocolate
  14. Take 150 ml single cream
  15. Prepare 125 grams butter

Instructions to make Easy Banoffee and Chocolate Cheesecake:
  1. Crush the biscuits in a bowl with a rolling pin until fine
  2. Mix in the melted butter a little at a time
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a tin, spread evenly and press down with the back of a spoon
  4. Leave in the fridge to set
  5. To make the caramel melt butter in a pan, then add the sugar stiring till dissolved. When it is foaming add in the condensed milk and bring to the boil. Leave to simmer for a few minutes then give it a good stir and leave to cool.
  6. To make the chocolate sauce melt the butter in a saucepan, then add the chocolate, then cream, stiring constantly, then leave to cool.
  7. Mash up the bananas in a blender
  8. Put the cream cheese into a large bowl and mix briefly with a hand blender (or whisk or fork depending on what you have)
  9. Add in the cream and give it another quick mix
  10. Then add the bananas and mix one final time
  11. Fold in the caramel to the cheesecake mix, then fold in the chocolate sauce adding a little at a time
  12. Pour the cheesecake mix over the biscuit base and leave in the fridge to set
  13. N.B. It makes quite a lot of cheesecake mixture so use a deep tin or 2-3 small sandwich tins or lessen the ingredients
