  1. Take 1 packet digestive biscuit crushed
  2. Make ready 100 gms cold butter
  3. Get 10 gms agar agar
  4. Make ready 1 /2 cup water to soak agar agar
  5. Make ready 400 gms hung curd made from 800gms curd
  6. Get 400 gms paneer crumbled
  7. Take 200 gms powdered sugar
  8. Get 1 tsp vanilla extract
  9. Get 1 cup Alphonso mango puree
  10. Get For the glaze:
  11. Make ready 1 tsp agar agar
  12. Prepare 1/2 cup water
  13. Get 1/2 cup mango puree
  14. Get 1 tbsp sugar

Steps to make No Bake Mango Cheesecake:
  1. Mix crushed biscuits and cold butter well. Press it down nicely in an 8 inch round cake pan with removable bottom and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the filling: Grind agar agar to flakes and soak them in 1&1/2 cup water for 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile grind paneer, sugar and curd to a smooth paste. Remove in a bowl, add vanilla extract and stir well.
  4. Heat the mango puree well. Cook the China grass till all the flakes are dissolved. Mix this to the hot puree. Mix well.
  5. Add the puree to the curd mixture and mix well. Pour this mixture over the biscuit crust and tap gently. Chill for 30 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile prepare the glaze: Mix the the ingredients for glaze together and cook till the agar agar is dissolved
  7. Pour over the cheesecake and chill for 3 to 4 hours or till cold and set. Enjoy!
