  5. Take 1 carrot (thinly sliced)
  6. Take 1 inch ginger (thinly chopped)
  7. Prepare 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  8. Make ready 2 tbsp potato starch or flour
  9. Make ready sauce —
  10. Get 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  11. Get 1 tsp sesame oil
  12. Take 1 tsp cooking wine
  13. Get 1 tsp soya sauce

Instructions to make Tofu Stew:
  1. Paper dry the tofu.
  2. In a pan, heat up the oil and add tofu. Pan fry them until they turn brown. Once cooked, set aside for later use.
  3. In another pot, add oil and garlic.
  4. Add ginger, mushrooms, carrots, mini corns in. Stir fry till fragrant.
  5. Add a cup of water, add sauce in.
  6. Add broccoli and tofu in, also flour/starch to thicken the sauce and cook for about 15 mins.
  7. Serve
