  2. Make ready 1 Roma tomato, seeded and chopped
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  4. Make ready 1/3 cup red onion, chopped
  5. Take 1/3 cup sweet corn
  6. Get 2 jalapeños, diced (seeded for less heat) *I use 1 green and 1 red for a more colorful dish
  7. Prepare 1/4 cilantro, chopped
  8. Take 1/4 cup cotija cheese

  10. Make ready 1/2 cup ranch dressing (*I used homemade)
