  1. Get 150 g unsweetened chocolate or chocolate chips
  2. Prepare 113 g butter
  3. Get 1 cup (200 g) dark brown sugar
  4. Get 3/4 cup (95 g) plain flour
  5. Prepare 3 large eggs
  6. Take 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (Hershey or Van Houten)
  7. Prepare 2 tablespoons Nutella
  8. Get 1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps to make Brownies:
  1. Put the butter and chocolate in a bowl and place it over a saucepan of simmering water. Let only the hot steam heat the bowl. Stir to melt the chocolate.
  2. Take it off the heat. Add the brown sugar and cocoa powder. Use an electric whisk and whisk for 2 minutes.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the Nutella spread with the last egg.
  4. Sieve the flour and the salt and whisk it slowly into the brownie mixture until the flour is incorporated.
  5. Grease a 10" square baking pan. Dust with flour or cocoa. Knock out the excess. Pour in the batter and bake in the oven at 350°F / 180°C for 35 minutes.
  6. The middle part of the brownie will rise up during the baking. Do not worry, it will settle down during cooling.
  7. Allow the brownie to cool in the pan for 15-20 minutes. Then turn it out. Cool completely and cut into squares.
