Instructions to make Pistachio rice phirni:
  1. Firstly grind the sugar and rice in a mixer grinder. Then mix the powder in the cold milk and make a smooth thick paste and keep aside.
  2. Then again take 250 ml milk and bring it to a boil. Then add the rice mixture into the boiling milk, milkmaid, cardamom powder, powdered pistachio, and pinch green colour and keep stirring. Continously to avoid burning. Boil at least for 15 mins till the time it becomes thick.
  3. Now pour the firni into a bowl and garnish it with some pistachios.
