Steps to make Authentic bread pudding:
  1. Take bread slices and cut it in triangles. Heat oil in a pan and fry it till golden brown.For sugar syrup take water, sugar and saffron in a pan and boil it for 5 min.Keep it aside. Now dip bread slices in sugar syrup for 1 min.
  2. For rabdi boil milk in a pan and keep stirring. Mix cornflour in 4 tbsp milk and add to boiling milk.Now add milkmaid to it. Cook it around 20 min. Add rose water and chopped nuts to it.
  3. In a serving tray first arrange bread slices in the bottom. Top it with chilled rabri.Again make a layer of bread slices and again top with rabri.sprinkle some chopped nuts and tooti frooti on the top. Delicious pudding is ready to serve.
