Instructions to make Perfect cheesecake:
  1. Crush the biscuits and place at the bottom of a 15cm cake tin
  2. Mix together all the box ingredients except the egg whites
  3. Whisk the egg whites until they hold "a peak"
  4. Fold the egg whites into the mixture

  6. Bake for 20 minutes until the outside cm is firm.
