  1. Prepare Palak puree-
  2. Prepare 2 green chillies
  3. Take 1 Inch ginger chopped
  4. Make ready 3 Cup Water
  5. Prepare 2 garlic nos(optional)
  6. Prepare Dough-
  7. Prepare 2 cup wheat flour
  8. Take 1 bunch Spinch leaves
  9. Take 1/2 tsp carom seeds
  10. Make ready 1/2 tsp cumin seeds(optional)
  11. Get to taste Salt
  12. Take 2-3 tbsp oil
  13. Get Oil for paratha toasting
  14. Prepare 1/2 cup wheat flour dusting
  15. Prepare Water for required

Steps to make Spinach paratha(palak paratha):
  1. Heat pan add water and boil. Add palak leaves and boil for 1minute.
  2. Transferred blanched palak into blender without adding water.also add ginger garlic, green chillies cool completly.
  3. Blender to smooth puree without adding water.
  4. In a large bowl take a wheat flour.add carrom seeds, cumin seeds and oil salt to taste, and mix well. Add palak puree combine mix well. Add water required to knead for dough for 5minute. Add apply oil.make sure to knead to smooth and soft dough. And rest for 3o minute.
  5. Now medium size ball dough roll and flatten it.also dust for some wheat flour.roll it in thin circle for paratha.
  6. Now on a hot tawa place the roll paratha and cook for 1minute. Apply oil and press slightly Cook for paratha both side until golden brown.
  7. Ready to palak paratha serve for raita, pickle, curd, curries.
