  1. Get 250 gm atta / all-purpose flour
  2. Take 100 gm fresh chopped methi leaves(fenugreek leaves)
  3. Make ready 1 tsp salt
  4. Get 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  6. Prepare 1 tsp azwain/carom seeds

Instructions to make Methi leaves paratha:
  1. Take all the ingredients in a mixing bowl,make a hard dough
  2. Make small balls and roll it on rolling pan same as we make chapatties.
  3. Apply oil/ghee on a non-stick pan or tawa and cook for 2 minutes on one side and flip then apply oil/ghee on the other side too and cook for a minute. Serve hot with Tomato sauce and Amla chutney.
