  2. Take 1/2 Cup Fresh fenugreek leaves washed and chopped
  3. Make ready 2 Cup wheat flour
  4. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
  5. Prepare as per taste Salt
  6. Get 1 tsp chopped green chilli
  7. Make ready 1 tsp dry mango powder
  8. Get 1 tsp fennel seeds powder
  9. Take as required Water for dough
  10. Take 2 tbsp ghee
  11. Get 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  1. Mash the peeled potatoes and mix fenugreek leaves and green chilli with them
  2. Mix all the spices in the step 1 mixture
  3. Sieve the wheat flour.Add salt and make a dough like as of chapati with water.
  4. Take a small portion from dough.Make a ball.Make a small chapati with rolling pin and fill the potato stuffing in it.Roll again using dry flour for a medium size paratha
  5. Warm a tawa.Grease it with ghee.Now cook this paratha from both sides and grease it with ghee from both sides.
  6. Serve this paratha with turmeric pickle,green chutney or curd
