  1. Take 1 beetroot
  2. Prepare 1 potato
  3. Prepare 1 tomato
  4. Get 1 tsp olive oil
  5. Get 2 garlic cloves
  6. Prepare 1 small onion
  7. Take to taste Salt
  8. Get to taste Pepper

Chop the beetroot and potatoes into small chunks. Cut the halloumi into small chunks and fry in a small amount of olive oil until brown and crispy on the outside. Instructions to make Beetroot and potato soup:
  1. Wash, peel and roughly chop all the veggies.. heat oil in a cooker.. add chopped garlic, saute and add onions.. lightly saute and then add the rest veggies. Add salt, pepper and 2 cups water.. close lid and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
  2. When cool, take out the veggies out and blend to a fine paste. Then pour in a sauce pan, add 1 cup water or adjsut consistency according to ur taste… heat and serve hot in a bowl.
