Instructions to make Caramal Bread Custard Pudding:
  1. Firstly, in a pan take 1/4 cup of sugar and heat it on medium flame.
  2. Stir in between, until sugar melts completely and turns golden brown.This stage of sugar is called caremalized sugar.
  3. Pour the caremalized sugar into a small bowl and coat the walls of the bowl with caremalized sugar.keep it aside.
  4. Now take 3 bread slices and trim off the sides.
  5. Put the bread slices into a mixture jar and blend it.
  6. In a large bowl, take 2 cup milk,1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup of custard powder. whisk and mix well.Make sure there are no lumps.
  7. Transfer the milk mixture into a pan and cook on medium flame, until the milk thickens.
  8. Now add crumbled bread and mix well.
  9. Continue to Cook until the mixture turns super creamy and thick.
  10. Pour the mixture into the bowl of caremalized sugar.
  11. Place in steamer for 25 minutes.
  12. Let it cool completely and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  13. Finally unmould and enjoy caremal bread custard pudding
