The ingredients needed to make Egg halwa:
  1. Prepare 6 eggs yolks
  2. Get 1 litre full-fat milk
  3. Make ready 1/2 tsp green cardamom seeds powder
  4. Get 4 tsp milk powder
  5. Get 1/2 cup sugar or as per taste
  6. Make ready 1/4 tsp yellow food colour
  7. Prepare 30 g almonds
  8. Make ready 30 g cashews
  9. Take 30 g pistachios
  10. Get 2 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions to make Egg halwa:
  1. Put a pan on the medium-low flame and add full-fat milk, green cardamom seeds powder, milk powder and sugar.
  2. When milk remains 1/2 litre, add beaten eggs yolks slowly with continuous stirring on low flame.
  3. When milk starts getting thick, add solution of yellow food colour with 1/2 tsp water and dry fruits (almonds, cashews and pistachios).
  4. When milk almost got dry, add cooking oil and keep stirring.
  5. When milk is almost finished, cook on medium-low flame for 5 minutes more then dish out and garnish with dry fruits.
