Steps to make Gajar halwa:
  1. Wash & grate carrots
  2. Then take a cookware dish add required amount of ghee to it and once it’s little hot add carrots and fry well until the aroma comes around.
  3. Then add 1/2 cup milk mix well then add sugar, cardamom powder, rose essence.
  4. Then keep it on low flame for about 10 minutes keep stirring in between.
  5. Fry well until ghee separates from sweet and it’s done.pop it in a serving bowl & enjoy with family & friends
  6. Khoya is optional if it’s available you can also add that in garnishing as well to make it more rich in taste or you can also prepare khoya @ home it’s in my previous recipes please check that if you wish to add.!
