  3. Make ready 2 tbsp milk powder
  4. Take 1/4 cup deshi ghee

Instructions to make Beetroot Halwa:
  1. Clea, wash and grate beet-roots
  2. Take a pan. Heat with adding 2 tbsp ghee.
  3. Roast mawa with ghee and fry for 2 minutes in low medium flame.
  4. Now add grated beet-roots and a pinch of salt, fry till water evaporates.
  5. Mix sugar and milk powder,stir for 3 minutes. Now add rest of the ghee. Stir till coked beetroot gather.
