Instructions to make Vegetarian Chili:
  1. Peel and chop the onions. Cut the bell pepper and the peeled carrots into small cubes.
  2. Heat some olive oil on a pan and add the cut vegetables. Let them cook for 10 minutes, stirring from time to time.
