Steps to make Pulao:
  1. First of all wash the vegetables. Chopped it finally. Take a pan add oil, cumin seeds, onion in it. Add salt in it. After sauteing it for a few minutes add all vegetables in it. Cook it for 5 to 10 minutes. Add masala in it.
  2. Take another bowl add water and rice in it. Cook till it softens. Now remove extra water from it.
  3. Add rice in vegetables. Add lemon juice and Garam masala in it. It's very yummy and delicious dish.
