Instructions to make Kashmiri Pulao:
  1. Take a pressure cooker and add 1tsp ghee heat it add kaju,dry grapes,badam fry it.
  2. Take a in same pressure cooker add ghee and oil heat it add Cumin seeds green chilli, ginger garlic paste, potatoes, capsicum, flower, red chilli powder fry it nicely and add washed and soaked rice fry it well and cook.
  3. After frying rice add water, salt, garam masala powder, coriander Cumin powder, sugar, coriander leaves and little bit kaju,dry grapes,badam which fried before mix it well and serve it hot with kasmiri Dum Aloo.
