  1. Add 02 tbsp oil in pressure cooker. Add 1/4 tsp hing & 01 tsp cumin. Let it crackle.
  2. Add 01sliced onion, 01 diced tomato and 01 diced potato.

  4. Add spices -salt, chilli powder & turmeric powder. Mix well
  5. Add soaked rice and 1 & 1/2 glass water.
