  1. Soak soya chunks in a water for half an hour now boil for five mins and take off.
  2. Heat clarified butter in a pan add whole garam masala to crackle.Add onion and saute till slightly brown,add ginger garlic paste and mix well
  3. Add boiled soya chunks and saute for 4 - 5 mins. - Wash and soak rice for half an hour and strain it. - Add rice and salt and mix well.
  4. Add 2 cup of water and mix well. - Once boiled,simmer the gas and cover it,after ten mins turn off the flame - Now soya pulao is ready to serve.
