  2. In a pot add palm oil heat n bleach it for 5mins till it is very clear d bleached palm oil gives dis soup a distinctive taste to its a most to bleach d oil then add onion fry for 2 mins
  3. Add d cat fish allow to fry for 2mins before u add d pepper pls when blending d pepper dnt add water u can use a mortar to pound d pepper roughly blended
  4. Add maggi crayfish cubes
  5. Add a cup of water allow to boil for 5mins pls d soup shd not be too watery nor too thick it shd be of medium consistency
  6. Here is d final look of d soup very very nice n simple u can pair it with pounded yam, semovita, rice or anything dat suits you enjoy
