  2. Clean the Mushrooms with dry maida rub it on mushrooms than wash them take out the stems
  3. In a wok add 1 tsp of oil add finely chopped garlic saute it for 2 minutes add blanched and finely chopped spinach
  4. Stir till water of spinach evaporat
  5. Let it cool now add grated cheese mix well and stuff in Mushrooms
  6. Stuff all the mushrooms
  7. Make sullary with 2 tsp of maida 1 tsp rice flour with water
  8. Keep bread crumbs and sullary with stuffed mushrooms
  9. Heat the oil for deep frying first coat stuffed mushroom in sillary than in bread crumbs
  10. Deep fry them take out on the paper napkin serve with green chutney tomato ketchup or I have made mayonnaise and ketchup mix
