The ingredients needed to make Banana and Nutella bread:
  1. Prepare 350 g Bread flour
  2. Take 30 g Caster sugar
  3. Make ready 2 g Salt
  4. Make ready 1 Tablespoon Milk powder
  5. Prepare 100 g Mashed banana
  6. Get 1 Egg
  7. Get 4 g Instant yeast
  8. Make ready 75 ml Milk
  9. Take 40 g Soften unsalted butter
  10. Prepare 3-4 Tablespoons Nutella

Add mashed bananas and stir until combined. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until just combined. Fold in about ½ cup of the Nutella, being careful not to stir too much. Moist banana bread swirled with everyone's favorite Nutella spread.

Instructions to make Banana and Nutella bread:
  1. Sieve the flours and add in mashed banana and yeast.
  2. Mix milk and egg.
  3. Pour the milk into the flour bowl and start to mix and beat it.
  4. While the dough form, add in the soften butter and keep beating the dough.
  5. When the dough can stretch like shown in the picture, the dough is ready.
  6. Cover the dough and do the first fermentation for 60 minutes.
  7. Press out the air in the dough and then round the dough again for the 2rd fermentation for 15 minutes.
  8. Roll out the dough and fold it. Then turn the dough 90 degree and then roll out and fold again (do three times in total).
  9. Flat the dough and put some Nutella on it.
  10. Seal the join bit properly.
  11. Put the dough in a baking tin and do another fermentation for 60 minutes.
  12. Bake the dough in 180°C oven for 17-20 minutes. Enjoy. 😋
