  1. Take butter and sugar in a bowl and beat untill light and fluffy.
  2. The mix should look like one in the pic.
  3. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. In another bowl add oats, flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder and baking soda. And mix well.
  5. Now mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients.
  6. Add milk to set consistency and make a dough.
  7. Set some nutella in freezer as shown in pic.
