  1. First of all, take a bowl and add butter/ghee and sugar and mix it well
  2. Now add milkmaid
  3. Now add milk and vanilla essence and mix it nicely
  4. Now we will sift the flour/maida and add into the batter
  5. We will add baking soda and baking powder and mix with cut and fold method
  6. Now take a muffin tin and cupcake liners
  7. Pour the batter (1 spoon) in the cupcake liner and add a little Nutella
  8. Now after adding Nutella we have to add 1 spoon of batter, repeat this for all the muffins.
  9. Now add 1/2 tsp or less on the top of the batter and with the help of a toothpick swirl it slowly and nicely
  10. Now bake these muffins at 180°c for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown colour, check with a toothpick if u get some crumbles on toothpick your muffins are baked nicely
