  2. Prepare 60 g raw sugar
  3. Make ready 10 g white sugar
  4. Take 1 packet vanilla sugar (8g) or 2 tsp vanilla extract
  5. Prepare 20 g egg, lightly beaten
  6. Prepare 110 g cake flour
  7. Get 40 g AP flour
  8. Prepare 3/4 tsp baking powder
  9. Get 1/2 tsp salt or 1/4 tsp salt if using salted butter
  10. Make ready 100 g chocolate chip

Instructions to make Chocolate Chip Cookies:
  1. Using beater of stand mixer, cream butter and sugar till fluffy. Approx 5mins.
  2. Add egg, abit at a time till combined properly.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flours, baking powder and salt. Mix well with fork to combine.
  4. Sieve flour mixture into butter mixture. Using low speed on standmixer, mix till almost combined.
  5. Add chocolate chip, continue to mix on low speed till just combined.
  6. Chill dough for 30mins.
  7. Preheat oven to 180C conventional.
  8. On a baking tray, lined with baking sheet, using 2 tsps, spoon dough (approx size of 1 tsp).
  9. Bake for 18mins.
  10. Remove from oven and cool on rack fully before storing.
