  5. Prepare 2 tbsp milk
  6. Prepare 5 tbsp powdered sugar
  7. Get 2 tsp vanilla extract
  8. Take 1/4 cup pistachios powder
  9. Take 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions to make Chocolate Pistachio Biscotti:
  1. To prepare Eggless Chocolate Pistachio Biscotti Recipe, whisk butter and powdered caster sugar in a bowl until a smooth texture.
