Instructions to make Raspberry & white chocolate muffins:
  1. Gather ingredients
  2. Put oven on at 200 degrees and place cake cases in a muffin tin
  3. Sieve the flour and baking powder. Add the sugar and mix well
  4. Whisk the egg and milk together and add the melted butter / oil. Mix well
  5. Add the wet and dry ingredients - mix but do not over mix or the muffins might be tough
  6. Add the raspberries and chopped up chocolate. Mix.
  7. Spoon mixture into cake cases and bake for 20 - 25 minutes until golden
